I've seen the film Pimpernel Smith listed as public domain on its entries here, and there doesn't appear to be a copyright renewal under that name, but this film was first published in the United Kingdom a year before it was published in the United States. It also was published in the United States under the name Mister V rather than Pimpernel Smith. Since it was first published outside of the United States, wouldn't its copyright have been restored under GATT?
